Pee-wee's look-alike

i was always wondering since this (left: Pee-wee wearing glasses for ad) picture...
this picture is exactly like Japanese comedian... Sakamoto-chan!!(right)
their drooping eyebrows, haiestyle and shape of glasses' flame!!
they are exactly the same!

 *this is Sakamoto-chan
incidentally, Sakamoto-shan behaves and talks like a girl.
i think that is another community of them.
